As a Resource Manager at the Office for National Statistics, you will define, recruit, deploy, adjust, and develop the resources needed for projects at various stages. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet resource requirements, analyze skill gaps, and report on capability activities. Your work will support vital projects like Census 2031 by ensuring the right people and equipment are in the right roles for successful delivery.
