DBS DIT- Payroll Software Developer
This role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting software solutions within enterprise application environments, specifically focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll systems. The post holder works closely with business stakeholders, payroll specialists, and technical colleagues to deliver enhancements, statutory changes, and major transformation initiatives. Operating within the Ministry of Defence, the position ensures accurate and timely pay delivery for tens of thousands of personnel. The team combines software development with functional configuration and business process expertise.
