Senior Software Developer (Management)
You will lead a team of software engineers and testers creating and maintaining mission-critical digital services, data products, and environmental intelligence systems. Working closely with users, stakeholders, and other technical disciplines, you will provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle using languages like Python and Java. Your work bridges front-end products and back-end science to support global aviation and defence operations, ensuring reliable and secure software delivery. You will also coach junior colleagues and champion engineering best practices.
