DBS Strategy and Corporate Plans
This role sits at the strategic heart of Defence Business Services, driving business plans, strategy, and corporate transformation. The postholder works closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation to develop five-year corporate plans and annual delivery plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analysing data, monitoring strategic performance, and producing regular reports for executive committees. The successful candidate will also manage staff and help deliver the Corporate Services Modernisation agenda.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss under EUSS, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
Selection process
Sift starts in mid October and interviews are face to face starting in mid to late October.
