Policy Advisor - Growth Strategy
This role involves working at the heart of the government's growth strategy to shape key growth agendas and deliver fiscal events. The postholder will design and advocate for innovative policy solutions, conduct independent research, and lead priority projects by establishing clear plans and milestones. They will also engage with external experts such as think tanks, academics, and businesses to bring fresh thinking into the team's work. Additionally, the role requires coordinating inputs and producing briefing materials for senior officials and ministers.

Nationality requirements
Applicants must have lived in the UK for at least 3 out of the past 5 years.
Selection process
Shortlisting will take place from 5th October 2026. Interviews are expected to take place from week commencing 12th October 2026.
