Defence Business Services (DBS) - Veterans Services Case Manager (Brecon)
As a Veterans Services Case Manager, you will support serving personnel, service leavers, veterans, and their families by assessing their needs and facilitating access to vital support. You will work within a regional team to provide tailored guidance on healthcare, accommodation, finance, employment, and wellbeing while maintaining detailed case notes. You will collaborate closely with military charities, local authorities, and government departments to deliver a high-quality holistic casework service. Additionally, you will engage with clients through various channels, manage your caseload efficiently, and undertake regular travel within your designated area.
