DBS Business Analyst
Business analysts in Defence Business Services examine user and business needs to align outcomes with the organisation's strategy. They act as critical friends, challenge assumptions constructively, and bridge the gap between current and future business models. Day to day, they gather requirements, map processes, perform gap and impact analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders. They work closely with business owners, change leads, and technical teams to design and deliver effective business solutions.

Qualifications
- Government Project Delivery Accreditation – Practitioner Level
- APMG Agile Business Analysis Practitioner
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Selection process
Sift starts Mid October. Interviews take place in Late October to Early November via MS Teams.
