Delivery Manager
Delivery Managers in HM Courts and Tribunals Service play a critical role in helping deliver justice by managing day-to-day operations within their area. They lead teams to provide excellent customer service, ensuring employee engagement, morale, and motivation are maintained at a high level. You will oversee the smooth running of the Jury Central Summoning Bureau team and support operational needs to meet performance objectives. The role requires working in a process and compliance driven environment while building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
