Deputy Director for Criminal Enforcement Unit
This role provides strategic leadership for the Criminal Enforcement Unit, ensuring the agency has an effective capability to address serious criminal breaches of regulations. The postholder sets the strategic direction of the unit, leads a multi-disciplinary team, and represents the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency across government and law enforcement. The successful candidate works with senior stakeholders to protect public health and maintain regulatory integrity through preventative and criminal justice interventions.
