Diary Manager
This is an administrative role providing secretarial support to a Deputy Director or Head of Operational Function in the National Probation Service. The job holder acts as the primary point of contact, manages diaries, and handles correspondence, telephone calls, and confidential reports. Responsibilities also include organizing meetings, taking minutes, coordinating business travel, and maintaining filing systems. They work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the division or cluster.
