Diary Manager - PDU Bristol and South Gloucestershire - Start date February 2027
As a Diary Manager, you will manage schedules and coordinate diaries for senior leaders to optimise their time and resolve conflicting demands. You will act as the first point of contact, handling telephone calls, correspondence, and queries while maintaining strict confidentiality on sensitive issues. The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including producing reports, taking meeting minutes, and arranging travel. You will work closely with internal and external partners to support probation service delivery and assist with organizing large-scale events.
