Digital Content Manager - Defence Capability Management School
The Digital Content Manager creates and manages digital learning environment forums for capability, acquisition, innovation, and technology courses within the Defence Capability Management School. The role involves designing innovative online course materials, assessing existing learning resources, and providing direct educational support to students. The postholder collaborates with learning and development advisors, training requirements authorities, and academic providers to maximise investment and enhance digital training delivery. Working as part of a team at the Defence Academy, the role requires supporting continuous improvement and placing the learner at the centre of the educational environment.

- Experience managing digital learning environments like Moodle at scale
- Qualified as Trainer for DLE Role Functionality Training or equivalent
- Experience designing digital learning content using HTML
- Knowledge of training governance frameworks like DSAT
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders and subject experts

- Qualified as Trainer for DLE Role Functionality Training (DLERFT) or equivalent
