Digital Fast Stream 2027
The Digital Fast Stream is a leadership development programme where participants work across government departments in technical and non-technical roles. Fast streamers expand their skills through multiple postings covering areas such as product management, delivery management, business analysis, user research, software development, and data science. Participants work with multidisciplinary teams and government experts to help improve the delivery of public services that impact millions of people. The scheme provides specialist learning and development resources to build a career as a future leader within the UK Civil Service.
What they're looking for
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold or be on track for a 2:2, degree apprenticeship or postgraduate degree
- Existing civil servants can apply without a degree
- Ability to complete online tests and virtual assessment centre

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with work rights, EU/EEA/Swiss/Turkish nationals with relevant status.
