Director Strategy, Governance & Communications
The Director of Strategy, Governance and Communications shapes strategic direction and stakeholder engagement across the National Armaments Group within the Ministry of Defence. You will lead teams overseeing strategy, governance, communications, and policy secretariat, working alongside executive leadership and the rest of Defence, Whitehall, and industry. The role involves setting organisational performance frameworks, implementing the Strategic Defence Review, and ensuring the delivery of major military capabilities. You will act as a key interlocutor to align defence capability preparedness with departmental goals and ministerial priorities.
