Assistant Head, Strategy Development
You will work closely with the Deputy Head of Strategy and various experts to translate strategic priorities into clear, deliverable outputs for the Defence Housing Service. Your day-to-day work involves tackling complex cross-cutting strategy challenges, leading high-profile projects, and building team capability to improve housing for the UK's Armed Forces and their families. You will monitor and report against strategy recommendations, manage project structures and risks, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ultimately, you will help shape the culture and drive performance for a major transformation programme that puts Service personnel at the heart of defence development.
