Divisional Business Manager - Leeds
This role acts as a trusted business partner to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and Senior Leadership Team, providing assurance, insight, and challenge on operational performance, governance, resourcing, and delivery risk. The post holder manages a small team to ensure coherent governance across the group, supports strategic business operations including planning and finance, and ensures compliance with capability frameworks. Working closely with colleagues across the agency, the Divisional Business Manager drives business improvement projects and helps shape future workforce planning.

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field e.g. business or management related
