Executive Officer - Director Support Office
The Executive Officer in the Director Support Office provides professional private office support and administrative coordination for senior leaders at the Veterinary Medicines Directorate. The role involves managing complex diaries, handling correspondence, organizing travel, and preparing briefing materials and governance products for key meetings. Postholders work closely with directors, ministers' private offices, and colleagues across government departments to ensure business-critical activities are delivered smoothly. This fast-paced position also requires supporting statutory and internal governance committees by drafting agendas, recording minutes, and tracking actions.

Nationality requirements
