Future Systems Programme Controls Manager
The Future Systems Programme Controls Manager leads the development, implementation, and management of project control disciplines for the Defence Nuclear Organisation. You will manage the integrated master schedule, risk management, assumptions, and dependencies for the Future Systems programme while acting as the intelligent customer working with industry. The role involves collaborating with UK and international partners under bilateral agreements, producing management information, and digitalizing data using tools like PowerBI. You will work within a dynamic team to support the delivery and maintenance of the UK's strategic nuclear deterrent.
What they're looking for
- 2 years experience in project management or controls on large programmes
- Experience using project delivery methods, schedules, risks, and controls
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with partners
- Ability to build performance baselines and track schedule and costs
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Qualifications
- APMQ or similar Project / Programme Management Qualifications
- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
- Nuclear Weapons Foundation Course (NWFC)
