Group Worker
You will work in a prison to deliver rehabilitative programmes in groups and one-to-one, helping prisoners understand their behaviours and build positive relationships. You will collaborate with a small team of Group Workers, treatment managers, and sentence management staff to support prisoners in living offence-free futures. Your day-to-day duties include assessing and recruiting participants, facilitating interactive sessions, maintaining accurate records, and conducting motivational interviews. This is a non-operational and non-rotational role focused entirely on delivering interventions and supporting prisoner rehabilitation.
