Group worker
You will work as part of a small team delivering rehabilitative programmes in groups and one-to-one to help prisoners understand behaviours, build positive relationships, and improve critical thinking skills. The role involves assessing participants, planning sessions, conducting motivational interviews, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with sentence management teams to support a reduction in re-offending. You will be supported through training and professional development to provide an important service within the prison environment.
