Head - Affordable Housing Loans
You will work in the Affordable Housing Delivery team as the Head of Affordable Housing Loans, playing a critical role in deploying loans alongside grant funding programmes. This day-to-day work involves managing compliance across loans and grants, helping to stand up a new low-interest loan programme, and engaging across all funding routes to improve processes. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, senior leaders, and external partners to ensure risks are understood and affordable housing delivery is successfully secured across England.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU, EEA, Swiss, and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
