Manager - Housing & Infrastructure Grant, Portfolio Management
Members of the Housing and Infrastructure Grant Portfolio Management team play a critical role in managing complex grant investments and unlocking hundreds of thousands of homes across England. Managers look after a portfolio of complex funding investments ranging in scale, and support Senior Managers with some of the largest investments Homes England makes, up to 350 million pounds at a project level. You will work collaboratively with regional colleagues and external partners to resolve project delivery issues and drive forward housing and regeneration priorities locally. This is a rare chance to shape the future of infrastructure and housing delivery in a national organisation with real social purpose.

- Proficient in project and portfolio management in the built environment
- Background in capital projects and programmes in housing and infrastructure
- Resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level
- Able to negotiate, persuade, and work collaboratively in a team
