Head of Commercial (Procurement) - Digital Projects
You will lead, motivate, and develop three Senior Commercial Managers while providing dedicated commercial leadership and assurance across Parliament's most complex and high-profile digital programmes. This role involves overseeing commercial strategies, complex procurements, and risk management to secure value for money while building constructive senior relationships with suppliers and markets. You will report to the Commercial Deputy Director, Digital Category, and work collaboratively with the Head of Commercial - Technology Categories to ensure integrated pipeline planning and consistent commercial standards. The position supports programmes through procurement, mobilisation, and transition into contract management.

Qualifications
- CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply
- MCIPS membership or a Level 6 qualification would be an advantage
