Commercial Deputy Director of Works
You will lead the commercial delivery of complex construction, refurbishment, and facilities management projects across the Parliamentary Estate. Working within the Parliamentary Commercial Department, you will develop commercial strategies, provide expert advice on contract options, and oversee high-value procurement. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance and value for money while leading a high-performing commercial team.

- Expert knowledge of procurement and management of high-value Works contracts
- Deep subject matter expertise on NEC suite of contract terms and options
- Proven experience leading a high-performance procurement or commercial function
- Strong understanding of PCR2015 and PA2023 public sector regulations
Qualifications
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) at Level 5
