Head of Employment Relations - Casework
The Office for National Statistics needs a Head of Employment Relations to provide strategic leadership for employee relations casework, policy implementation, and conflict resolution across the organisation. The role involves managing a team of complex caseworkers, partnering with human resources business partners, trade unions, and legal advisors to handle high-risk and sensitive cases. Responsibilities include analysing trends to improve processes, advising senior leaders, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive working environment. You will work closely across directorates to ensure modern, evidence-based practices and compliance with employment legislation.

Qualifications
- MCIPD Level 7 or willingness to work towards this within the first year
