Employment Lawyer
An employment lawyer provides specialist legal advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters within the National Crime Agency. You will collaborate with human resources colleagues, finance teams, and professional standards units on disciplinary issues, grievances, workforce planning, and employment tribunals. The role involves managing legal risks on complex cases and advising on matters with a national security dimension. You will use your legal judgment to contribute to the agency's strategic direction and handle employment litigation.
