Head of Operations (Crime) & Head of Service Performance & Improvement (South West)
These senior leadership roles involve directing operational performance, service improvement, and change initiatives across multiple locations within the South West region. The postholders will work closely with judges, senior stakeholders, legal professionals, and national service owners to ensure consistent service delivery and develop end-to-end justice services. Responsibilities include leading large operational teams, managing strategic business planning, and analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement. These positions provide crucial leadership to support staff and service users who access life-changing justice in courts and tribunals.
