Performance Lead - South West - NPS South West Performance and Quality
The Performance Lead is responsible for providing performance data that supports activities to enhance organisational effectiveness and monitor performance. The role involves setting performance targets, authoring quality improvement programmes, and investigating the reasons for performance levels at a regional level. The postholder works alongside performance managers, headquarters teams, and key stakeholders to share good practice and establish effective performance plans. Day-to-day duties include analysing data, producing reports, conducting quality inspections, and using IT systems to manage information and identify trends.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject
Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with right to work, and EU/Swiss/EEA/Turkish nationals with settled/pre-settled status.
Selection process
