Head of Project Delivery
As Head of Project Delivery, you will lead a major capital investment programme, managing an annual portfolio of nationally significant environmental projects to improve water quality and protect communities. You will lead an established team of project professionals, providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight across budgets, risks, and delivery performance. Working closely with senior colleagues across operations, technical, engineering, planning, and environmental teams, you will shape future delivery capability and drive environmental benefits across the UK.

- Proven track record of leading complex capital programmes or portfolios at scale
- Experience of building, leading and developing high-performing delivery teams
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence operating within governance frameworks
- Experience overseeing significant budgets, delivery partners and supply chains
