Head of Service- Social Care
You will lead the operational delivery of Children and Adults Social Care, including the Probation Service, to help define the service strategy and focus on improvement, prevention, and early intervention. You will support health and social care integration, manage the social care budget and resources, and ensure appropriate quality assurance systems are in place. Working closely with senior leadership, you will promote performance management and provide professional advice on all aspects of social care.

Qualifications
- Level 6 degree or level 7 masters in a relevant subject
- UK Qualified Social Worker, CQSW or DipSW or equivalent with current registration
