Head of Supplier & Service Management
You will lead the operational management of key supplier-delivered services, ensuring suppliers meet agreed performance standards and contractual commitments for scanning, print, post, and telephony. You will work closely with commercial, technology, and operational colleagues to establish robust supplier governance and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide leadership for internal information technology service management activities through direct line management of a service manager. This role is part of an agency dedicated to protecting people who may lack mental capacity.

Qualifications
