HES Regional Team - Strategic Housing Specialist
You will work as a Strategic Housing Specialist to improve housing outcomes for prison leavers across a cluster of prisons. Your day-to-day involves partnering with prisons, probation services, local authorities, and homelessness teams to implement sustainable change and champion the Homelessness Reduction Act. You will support and upskill staff, improve data quality, and help ensure prison leavers can access appropriate accommodation upon release. The role requires regular travel across a designated regional cluster of establishments.

- Experience in housing, homelessness support, or criminal justice
- History of building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of housing legislation and the Homelessness Reduction Act
- Knowledge of the justice system and prisoner resettlement pathways
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or EUSS status.
