Strategic Housing Specialist - South Central Prisons
The post holder manages a portfolio of one to three prisons, dividing their time flexibly across the establishments in their cluster. They provide housing advice and support, undertake regular site visits, and work with strategic housing partners and homelessness teams. The role identifies opportunities to improve accommodation access for people leaving custody and drives long-term improvements. Additionally, they ensure leaders have access to data and insights to support decision-making and better outcomes.
