HMYOI Wetherby - Managing Chaplain - Part Time - (Loan/Detached Duty)
This is a management job which provides leadership and facilitates religious and pastoral care to prisoners and staff within a prison establishment. The successful candidate will lead and manage a multi-faith and belief chaplaincy team, ensuring chaplains are available and accessible while promoting prison policies. They will also provide pastoral care, arrange worship and meditation, and work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to support prisoner resettlement and safety.

- Experience in providing pastoral care and religious leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
