HOFC: Education, Skills and Work (HMP Berwyn)
The job holder will lead the strategic direction for education, skills, and work provision within the prison to support prisoners into employment upon release. They will collaborate with education providers, local businesses, and internal teams to ensure activities align with Ofsted standards and reduce reoffending. Working as part of the Senior Management Team, the role involves managing staff performance, driving inspection readiness, and promoting a strong culture of employment. This is a non-rotational management position based in Wrexham with line management responsibilities.
