AUM : Learning, Skills & Employment - HMP / YOI Norwich
This role involves managing the learning, skills, and employment function within a prison establishment to help reduce re-offending and support rehabilitation. The job holder oversees education, vocational training, physical education, and library services while leading a team of staff and managing budgets. They work closely with internal departments, education providers, and external funding groups to ensure quality standards and learning pathways are maintained. Additionally, the post holder implements national policies locally, prepares for audits, and contributes to offender reports and business planning.
