Information Governance and Records Manager
The post holder manages the governance of records and information management estates, including architecture, compliance, and data discovery. They support legal obligations under the Public Records Act, develop information architecture plans, and assist with compliance frameworks for senior leaders. Additionally, they lead a team of specialists, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate with system engineers to incorporate best practices into IT systems.
What they're looking for
- Proven records management and KIM policy experience
- Experience managing EDRMS KIM functions like SharePoint
- Experience using reporting tools like MS Purview
- Understanding of Information Governance legislation
- Ability to plan, problem solve and communicate effectively
Nationality requirements
Applicants must have 3 years continuous residency in the UK up to the date of application and Home Office approval for indefinite leave to remain.
Selection process
