Interaction Designer
The interaction designer shapes key digital services that impact millions of people by championing user-centred design within the Chief Technology and Design Office. You will determine the best ways for users to interact with HM Revenue and Customs services, creating accessible prototypes and mapping user journeys. Working collaboratively alongside policy experts, user researchers, product managers, and technical specialists, you will turn complex concepts into cohesive, end-to-end user experiences. You will also build positive stakeholder relationships, participate in design communities, and use evidence and insight to inform your design decisions.

Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent background from industry experience
Nationality requirements

Selection process
