Content Designer
Content designers help shape end-to-end digital and offline services so users can easily complete their goals and government can deliver policy. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team alongside other design professionals and business stakeholders to produce clear content based on user needs. The role involves mapping user journeys, using research and metrics to iterate accessible content, and mentoring junior team members. You will also contribute to content design communities within the department and across government.
