Investigation Support Officer - Midlands & West
You will provide professional administrative support to technical staff handling civil and criminal investigations within the Insolvency Service. Your day-to-day work involves completing initial administrative actions, managing team inboxes, drafting correspondence, and carrying out first-line analysis of information and data using specialist software. You will also coordinate meetings and support the wider Directorate to ensure fair and open markets. You will work closely with technical investigators and internal stakeholders as part of the Enforcement Group.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with the right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss/Icelandic/Liechtenstein nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
Selection process
Sift takes place w/c 19 October 2026 and interviews are in w/c 2 November 2026 via MS Teams. The interview format may be face-to-face or by video.
