Lead DevOps Engineer (DevOps Specialist Lead)
This role involves leading a team of engineers within the digital transformation group to build and maintain secure software delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will provide technical guidance, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into reliable customer solutions. Day to day, you will design automated deployment processes, manage cloud environments, and contribute to the overall technology strategy and roadmap. The position is based in Newport and works within hybrid working arrangements.
