Lead Product Manager
Lead product managers work within the Ministry of Justice to create and improve digital tools that support the prison service and set technical direction across the organisation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle, developing strategies, roadmaps, and user-centred solutions of significant scale and complexity. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, policy colleagues, and product management professionals to align teams around shared outcomes and organisational priorities. The role involves guiding teams through complex decision-making, mentoring colleagues, and championing user needs to deliver secure, reliable, and sustainable services.

Nationality requirements
