Lead Product Manager (Salesforce)
As a Lead Product Manager for Salesforce at Ofgem, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms to support the UK's energy system. You will own the product lifecycle and collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and suppliers to prioritize and deliver improvements. You will drive value-focused decision-making, manage risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams, and contribute to the Salesforce Centre of Enablement. This senior leadership role ensures digital platforms deliver measurable value and meet user needs across a complex organization.
