Lead Software Engineer Legacy SaaS (
You will provide technical leadership for the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency ServiceNow platform, leading the design and continual improvement of software solutions supporting critical business services. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, guide implementation, and provide expert advice to stakeholders across the organisation. You will also line manage, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow developers while working in an Agile environment. This role ensures development activity aligns with wider IT service management strategy to help shape the future direction of the platform.
