Associate Software Engineer (4779)
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will help build, test, and maintain digital services that make a real difference to people's lives across Scotland. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will learn on the job by delivering software components from user stories while receiving coaching and mentoring from experienced engineers. You will apply modern software engineering standards to help resolve technical issues, support secure solutions, and contribute to the design of larger systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their software engineering career who is keen to learn, solve problems, and build high-quality digital solutions in a large public sector organisation.

Selection process
Sift week commencing 5th October 2026. Interview week commencing 19th October 2026 in person in either Dundee or Glasgow.
