Lead Technology Delivery Manager
As a Lead Technology Delivery Manager, you will shape how Enterprise Services delivers critical technology products and services across multiple teams and portfolios. You will create conditions for high performance, remove barriers, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while using data to drive continuous improvement. Operating with autonomy, you will set clear expectations, strengthen portfolio-wide oversight, and support strategic prioritisation to help transform the department into a mature delivery organisation. You will work closely with the Deputy Director for Delivery, cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure sustainable delivery at scale.
