Delivery Unit- Team Leader
The team leader manages a high-performing delivery unit portfolio within the strategy and delivery directorate, driving top ministerial priorities and ensuring projects deliver meaningful value. The role involves working closely with policy teams, ministers, and senior officials to identify and unblock delivery pinch points, assess performance, and resolve complex issues. The postholder acts as a trusted partner and central point of coordination while maintaining a strong, supportive team culture. Responsibilities include conducting deep-dives into policy areas, tracking progress, and providing insights to the centre of government.
