Learning Portfolio Lead
As a Learning Portfolio Lead, you will set the strategic direction for a team of learning designers within Government Skills, which is transitioning to become the National School of Government and Public Services. You will lead the design and delivery of high-quality learning products and curriculum areas such as leadership and management or core knowledge. You will collaborate with teams across government to translate learner needs into a streamlined curriculum and manage stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subject matter experts, and senior leaders. Additionally, you will line manage learning specialists, allocate resources, and evaluate the impact of learning interventions using analytics.

- End-to-end design and delivery of multi-stakeholder L&D programmes
- Significant knowledge of learning design and inclusive practices
- Experience leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and contract management skills
Qualifications
- Level 7 CIPD L&D qualification (or equivalent)
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work.
Selection process
Expected sift week commencing 05 October and interview week commencing 19th October online.
