Management Accountant
You will join the finance team as a Management Accountant to help strengthen financial insight, governance, and performance. Working closely with senior leaders, budget holders, and operational teams, you will take a lead role in month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your work will provide accurate reporting and expert guidance to ensure robust financial control and high-quality decision support. This role directly supports the organisation's mission to protect the public by regulating the private security industry.

- Experience of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with month-end processes
- Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Excel or financial systems
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in finance or accounting (CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, ICAI)
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Ireland, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
Sift will take place from 2nd November. Interviews will be held in person at the London office during week commencing 16th November.
