Manager - Delivery Control Performance
You will support the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk across the Cladding Safety Scheme within Homes England. Working closely with senior managers and colleagues across operational, programme, and corporate functions, you will coordinate risks, issues, and control weaknesses while maintaining robust governance frameworks. You will use data and assurance activity to monitor key risks, track mitigation plans, and promote a strong risk management culture to accelerate building remediation. This role balances day-to-day risk and assurance activities with continuous improvement initiatives to help mature governance practices.
